Eric Richard Haas (E. R.) is a successful Serial Entrepreneur having built 22 companies, the oldest of which just celebrated it’s 52nd anniversary. He is currently CEO of the TQ Smart family of products— the world’s leading producer of virtual training programs exclusively focused on the intentional pursuit of excellence.
Haas is the Patriarch of a large and growing family. Following the loss of his incredible wife of 30 years, he is now devoting his life to philanthropy, writing, and will continue to reside in Palm Springs, California.
Six years ago I spent time with an actual Rock Star in his declining years. He was trying to scam me into a deal that had no hope of traction, but I took notes (as all writers do).
Shortly after I met Michael the Albanians were hunting him… the law was after him… and death caught up with him.
Fortunately, God sent me an actual Muse in the form of a beautiful Latina named Carolina Zeline Ortega who inspired, motivated, and just cajoled me to start writing again.
So, there you have it. I love great shows like Scandal, Mentalist, Black List, Castle, Chuck, White Collar, Nikata, and all the sci-fi franchises.

Max Santana: Contract Killer — A Hitter Writing a Mega-Hit Murder Series With E. R. & Team
Maximiliano Santana is a writer from San Luis Potosí, México, who gained a deep affection for storytelling and creativity from early in life. After finishing high school and having done a couple of introductory screenwriting workshops, Max decided to dream big and enrolled in UCLA to study Screenwriting for Film and TV.
As he gained experience workshopping his original ideas, Max began to get the attention of independent buyers and now has established a steady work rhythm in the freelance world.
Max’s love for music has positively impacted his creativity output, drawing most of his ideas from the music he loves. Amongst his favorite bands Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, The National, and Beach House.
